We never know what the day will bring.
But we can choose the feeling we want to have right this moment.
Of course, if you are feeling down, it may not be easy to immediately shift into bliss; but you can at the very least create some space between the part of you that is feeling down and the part of you that knows you are feeling down…
Hmm…do you get that?
Can you step into your Observing self? Can you watch yourself and reflect on your experience?
A very evolved place to be indeed.
Your Essence Self has the ability to observe; the ability to reflect on your situation and decide if you want to stay stuck in an energy that doesn’t feel good, or choose to start moving into a better feeling place.
It may not happen instantly, but if you are aware of yourself, if you can observe yourself with a little distance, you have instantly created an opening for positive change.
Keep practicing watching yourself: your reactions, your responses, your triggers, your behaviors, your defenses.
The more self-aware you are, the clearer your choices will be, the closer you come to taking action from your Essence, and creating real, tangible and positive change in all aspects of your life.
Start with noticing your experience of yourself.
Breathe consciously, notice your experience and remember:
I am brilliant;
I am magnificent;
I am a being of Love and Light.
I am here to bring my Essence Self to every experience of my Life.
