I’m excited to offer a Special 2-day Intensive, designed for couples who are ready to finally create meaningful and sustainable change in a focused, supportive environment.

Grounded in the powerful principles of Relational Life Therapy (RLT) developed by Terry Real, along with my 30+ years of experience working with couples.  This work being influenced by Gay and Katie Hendricks, Imago Therapy, Inner Child Work, Family Systems Theory, Internal Family Systems, Trauma and Nervous System Regulation, to name a few others.

This immersive 2-day experience will help you and your partner:

• Break unhelpful and erosive patterns, 

• Develop ways to calm yourself, regulate your nervous system, and respond from your highest self;

• Deepen emotional connection to yourself and your mate, 

• Learn practical, compassionate skills to help you communicate and connect;

• Become more Relational and less Transactional; 

• And ultimately, create and maintain a more vibrant, joyful, and meaningful relationship with your partner, and everyone around you.

Over the course of two dedicated days, you and your partner will:

• Identify relational patterns that keep you stuck, and how to get unstuck;

• Practice direct and loving communication techniques;

• Learn how to repair ruptures and rebuild trust;

• Gain tools, language, and actionable skills to support lasting change;

• Experience structured, direct, and kind guidance by me, rooted in clarity, honesty, and deep compassion.

Why a 2-Day Format?

The extended format allows you to go beyond what is possible in traditional weekly sessions. 

With time to slow down, take time as needed, go deeper, and build momentum, couples often achieve breakthroughs that create lasting shifts in their relational dynamic.  These kinds of shifts often take months when only meeting once per week, even with extended session.

Details & Scheduling:

The intensive includes:

• Two consecutive days (approximately 6 hours each day) at your home or a venue of choice;

• Guided sessions, structured exercises, and individualized support;

• Optional follow-up sessions to help integrate new skills (additional cost).

For a limited time, we are offering a $500 discount off the regular rate of $4200 for a total of $3700 for the full 2-Day experience.
